Eric Sauve,
President and CEO
As President, CEO, CFO, and
Director, Mr. Sauve, oversees
the day-to-day management of our
Company and the strategic
evolution of its mining plans.
He has experience in corporate
finance, structure, and
management in both private and
public companies. From May 31,
2007 through June 1, 2006 Eric
Sauve was the CFO for Electra
Gold Ltd., a publicly trading,
operating mining company, From
February 1, 2004 through May 31,
2006, he was the President and
CFO of Nexus Minerals Ltd., a
gold mining and exploration
company that focused on
operating gold mines in China.
For the 12 years prior to his
position with Nexus, Mr. Sauve
was a licensed stock broker
where he worked extensively in
the securities markets and was a
licensed insurance agent in
British Columbia. Mr. Sauve
earned a BA degree from the
University of British Columbia
in 1994.

BJ Ambrose,
Vice-President of Finance
BJ Ambrose, Vice President of Finance
completed his degree in Finance and Real Estate from
Colorado State University in 1995. Mr. Ambrose began his
career with Merrill Lynch where he became a licensed broker
and successfully managed Institutional Retirement and Stock
Option Plans with over $50 million in assets. Mr. Ambrose
left Merrill Lynch in 2000 to build a successful flooring
business from the ground up that he and his family still own
and operate today. Mr. Ambrose works closely with his fellow
executives on the implementation of the Company's business
plan. He is responsible for raising capital to ensure Grant
Hartford is on the leading edge of exploration and
production with the most up to date equipment and
technology.

J. Robert Flesher,
Vice President of Geology
Mr. Flesher has worked on geologic exploration projects in
the oil fields of Wyoming, N. Dakota, and Montana. He has
experience in mill operations, underground geological
mapping and sampling, modeling with geologic software, stope
design, definition drilling, mine production, GPS surveying
and hydrologic testing with consulting firms and the US
Geological Survey. A former assay lab technician and ore
control geologist, Flesher holds a Bachelor of Science
Degree from Montana State University. |

Aaron Charlton,
Senior Consultant
Mr. Charlton and his family have owned and operated
mining, milling and geological research projects for over 40
years. The Charlton family’s interest in the Garnet Mining
District dates back to 1961. Mr. Charlton’s association with
the property includes negotiating contracts with Pegasus
Gold Corporation, Newmont Mining, Trans-Global Resources,
and Western Energy for the exploration and development
of the property.
Mr. Charlton has over 30 years’ experience
in mining finance, mining, milling, refining, assay and
associated research facilities. He has provided management to
number of underground, open pit and placer operations in
operating mines located in California, Nevada, Idaho and Montana
and was Chairman of the Board for a NASDAQ listed company
between 1991 and 1993. Mr. Charlton holds long-standing
relationships with the University of Montana Geological
Department, local government officials of Granite County, State
officials including the Montana Department of Environmental
Quality, the Montana Department of Economic Development, and the
federal Bureau of Land Management.

Raul Rodriguez,
Securities Counsel, (303) 861-1797
Raul Rodriguez, Esq., runs a private law
practice, Rodriguez & Associates, which focuses on corporate
and capital formation, administrative securities litigation,
regulatory agency document filings, public offerings,
mergers, acquisitions, corporate transactions, and political
strategic planning. In the late 1970's he was appointed to
the Administrative Conference of the United States by
President Gerald Ford, and later to the post of Inspector
General for the Office of Compliance of the Action Agency,
supervising VISTA and the Peace Corps, by President James
Carter. Mr. Rodriguez is a former cabinet appointee to
Colorado Governor, Richard Lamb, and served as the Executive
Director for the Colorado State Department of Regulatory
Agencies.
Rodriguez received his Bachelor of Arts
Degree in Business Administration from the University of
Wyoming and his Juris Doctorate from the University of
Denver, College of Law, in 1971.
